What happens to what you send

What the intro form collects

Your name, email and phone if you give it, and the business you're introducing: its name, the owner's name, their phone or email, the town, the kind of business and any notes you add. You confirm the owner knows you're introducing them.

What it's used for

To contact the owner about working together, to keep you posted, and to pay you if a project starts. Nothing else. I don't put anyone on a marketing list because of this form.

Where it goes

The form is handled by Scroll Theory Forms, my own form service, which stores the submission and emails it to me. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, not a bot. Cloudflare hosts this page and keeps standard request logs. This page has no ads, no analytics and no tracking pixels.

How long it's kept

Intros are kept while there's a referral to track or pay, and for as long as tax records require after a payment. Ask and I'll delete what isn't needed for those.

What I don't do

I don't sell or share your information, except with the services above that run this page for me, or when the law requires it.
